About Jacy Kuhlman

Jacy Kuhlman is the kind of athlete who feels right at home in the chaos of competition. A former collegiate ice hockey player at Endicott College, she built her athletic foundation on toughness, speed, and team play, logging 69 games and 40 career points during her time on the ice. That same competitive edge now fuels her rise in the world of CrossFit.

Based in South Florida and training out of Black Sheep CrossFit, Kuhlman has quickly established herself as a serious competitor in the sport. In the 2025 CrossFit Open, she finished 318th worldwide, placing her among the top athletes in the field and advancing to the CrossFit Semifinals, where she finished 122nd overall. Those results reflect a steady climb through the ranks and a clear sign that she’s just getting started.

But Jacy isn’t just an athlete, she’s also a coach and a student of performance. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she spends her time helping other athletes get stronger, faster, and more resilient, while continuing to sharpen her own game. That combination of coach and competitor shows up in the way she approaches training: smart, technical, and relentless.

On the floor, Kuhlman brings a powerful engine, explosive strength, and the kind of competitive mentality that thrives in team environments. Years of team-sport experience have shaped her ability to stay composed under pressure and deliver when it matters most.

Still early in her competitive career, Jacy Kuhlman represents the next generation of high-level functional fitness athletes: hungry, disciplined, and ready for the next challenge. Wherever the competition goes, she shows up ready to work and ready to win.
