Former Team USA Weightlifter. Represented Team USA internationally 3 times. 2x National Snatch Silver Medalist. Multi Top 3 Placement IFBB Fitness Pro. Arnold Classic qualifier. Mom.
Kristin Pope has stood on the international weightlifting platform three times wearing Team USA across her chest. She earned two National Snatch silver medals along the way. That kind of resume doesn’t come around often in Grid League.
Pope started in gymnastics before finding her way to weightlifting through CrossFit. The transition stuck. She climbed the ranks of USA Weightlifting and competed internationally three times, building a reputation as one of the country’s top female lifters in her weight class. The snatch became her signature lift, and the national podium became familiar territory.
Then she pivoted. Pope crossed over into IFBB Fitness Pro bodybuilding and earned multiple top-three finishes, including qualifying for the Arnold Classic. She did all of this while building Dynamic Pursuit, her coaching platform that has guided more than 7,000 client transformations across weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. She also did it as a mom, earning her IFBB Pro card at 21 months postpartum.
The Carolina Flight are getting a strength specialist who has been tested at the highest levels of two different strength sports. Pope knows what it feels like to compete under national and international pressure, and she knows how to peak when it matters. On the Grid, that experience translates directly to the barbell-heavy segments where a few seconds on a clean or snatch can swing an entire race.
