Shannon is a former competitive gymnast who found CrossFit 8 years ago and loves to tie in any adventure she can to her fitness resume: Ironman 70.3 (half Ironman) finisher, endurance and ultra trail racing, Bodybuilding (fitness division), 3 full marathons, 4 major individual CrossFit competitions (Legends Regional West in Las Vegas, Northern California Classic in Sacramento, and Fittest of the Coast in South Carolina. When Shannon isn’t at one of her 4 kids sporting events or running in the woods with her husband she can be found doing circus tricks in her basement or walking on her hands.
