Sydney’s journey into the world of competitive fitness began in 2016 when she discovered CrossFit. Drawn to the intensity of the workouts and the supportive community, she quickly excelled, showcasing her natural athleticism and drive. Her passion for fitness soon extended to Grid, where she found a platform to highlight her versatility and strength.

Sydney initially joined the Tampa Bay Brigade, making a name for herself as a strength specialist, a critical role requiring heavy movements and barbell cycling. In 2024, she transitioned to the Southwest Florida (SWFL) Sharks, bolstering their roster with her expertise and determination. Standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, Sydney is the perfect combination of power, agility, and tactical intelligence.

A Life of Purpose On and Off the Field

Off the grid, Sydney leverages her academic background in chiropractic studies to inspire others and promote health and wellness. Her commitment to personal growth and community extends beyond her studies, as she also coaches at CrossFit Conquest. Whether she’s helping people overcome physical challenges or guiding an athlete to a new personal best, Sydney’s passion for making a positive impact is evident in everything she does.
