BIO

I am a Senior instructor for a Military Leadership Academy who has been CrossFitting by for 11 years. I have competed at the International Federation of Functional Fitness(IF3) Worlds for team USA at the inception of the organization. I have made it a point to focus a lot of my time to barbell cycling and heavy lifts, winning the Open Workout 18.2a during the 2018 CrossFit Games Open. I currently hold the record for fastest “Isabell” time at 51 seconds.
