BIO

I’m Emiliana Guerra and I’m 21 years old. This is my 5th season in Grid League and my 5th season with the Fort Lauderdale Lions and I really love it!

I have been doing CrossFit for 7 years and I have participated in the Crossfit Games (2018) and multiple times in semifinals (indy & team)

I was also a professional gymnast for 12 years and I practiced weightlifting simultaneously with crossfit, in both sports I was the national champion of my country and I represented my country multiple times internationally.
