I have been an avid athlete for as long as I can remember. I swam for 11 years but also took part in other sports like soccer, tennis and long distance running. I have always been a competitive person, always enjoying the thrill and excitement that comes with pushing ones body to the limit under pressure. I am a true believer in hard work, dedication and discipline and I apply that to my training everyday. This past CrossFit Open I reached my goal of placing top 100 in the South East Region (89th) and even got a top 20 placement in one of the workouts. This has really fueled me to train even harder this year and really focus on different skill work to truly make me the best well-rounded athlete possible not only for CrossFit but for the generalist position on the FGL team as well. I am very passionate about what I get to do and I am extremely motivated to kick butt this season and take the Miami Freaks to the top!
