Most of my athletic background started off from playing football for 7 years. After high school, I fell in love with functional fitness and took off from there. I coached and trained in CrossFit gyms for about 8 years. This would be my fourth year playing Grid and I love every second of it. I currently own my personal training brand called Trinity wellness and athletics that tries to use fitness as not only a physical adaptation to my clients but to help with the mental well-being of individuals.
As for family life, I have 1 daughter with my girlfriend and another baby on the way heading into this new season. I mainly just try to find the balance between fatherhood, trainer and athlete which is a never ending learning experience.
Fun fact about me, I didn’t originally make the Aces team 4 years ago when I tried out. They sent me away but called me back in a week later due to a player dropping out. Second year I was named team captain by coach Taylar Stallings and we flew from there.
