I am a Crossfit L2 trainer from Middletown, DE and have been doing Crossfit for 4 years. I have been coaching at Crossfit Petram MOT for 2.5 yearsand am currently pursuing my CF-L3 certification. Growing up, I played soccer and track (sprints and hurdles). Once I finished playing sports and started college, there was a hole that I needed to fill. That’s where Crossfit came in. I love for the adrenaline rush that comes from competing and pushing myself into that dark place and I am stoked to experience that on the Grid floor for the first time. The main principle I train, coach and live by is “If you think you can, you will. If you think you can’t, you’ve chosen your outcome.”
