BIO

My name is Alex Brosseau. My career in weightlifting started in High School, where under Coach Tom Abel I won the FSHAA 2016 state title and broke the state record with a 375Ib clean and jerk.

After high school, I attended Lindenwood University and competed on the Olympic Weightlifting Team under the Chinese Olympian Coach Ma, where we won 3 national titles.

I graduated from Lindenwood in 2021 with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in chemistry. Since then I have moved back to West Palm and switched from Olympic training to CrossFit at Thoroughbred CrossFit.
