BIO

I’m Bethany and this is my first year on the team. I’m from Maryland where I grew up competing gymnastics, until I was introduced to CrossFit in 2019 and made the switch! I have my CFL1 and I coach at CrossFit Catonsville. Outside of fitness, I’m pursuing a degree in nutrition and I love to cook!
