BIO
Amber hails from Sunrise, Fl where she is a mom of 2, wife, Army veteran, and a Sports Massage Therapist. A late comer to the CrossFit scene and mostly self taught, her determination and hard work ethic she gained from 17 years in the Army has propelled her in her training and desire to compete on a team like the Lions.

While CrossFit is her passion, running is what initially got her into fitness. Through running, she managed to lose 100lbs and has kept it off with CrossFit. CrossFit became her outlet for learning to love her body and gain a better relationship with food. She loves taking her fitness outside of the gym as well. She and her family enjoy spearfishing, freediving, camping, boating, 4 wheeling, shooting and more.
