Joel Del Rosario, co-owner of the Dallas Deputies Grid League team

Joel Del Rosario

Co-owner

Joel has been a fan of the United Grid League since his wife, Rebecca Rouse, joined the league in 2024. He served 21 years in the United States Marine Corps in both the enlisted and officer ranks.

Joel has called Dallas home since 2021 and is excited to bring Grid to his turf. When he is not swinging a kettlebell, he is checking Yelp reviews of ramen restaurants, eating ramen, or driving his truck, probably to get ramen.

“During my time in the Marine Corps, I had the honor of being part of, and leading impressive groups of people. I’m looking forward to building something special with the Dallas Deputies.”

Rebecca Rouse

Co-owner

Rebecca joined the United Grid League as a rookie in 2024 and has played as a strength specialist for the Tampa Bay Brigade for three seasons.

Her athletic journey began with twelve years of gymnastics, before kettlebells and then Olympic weightlifting in 2018. She is a 3-time Texas state weightlifting champion, placed third at the 2024 USA Weightlifting National Championships in the 64kg weight class, and won gold in the 69kg class at the 2026 Virus Weightlifting Series 2 in Fort Worth.

Rebecca has called Dallas home for five years. She works as a tactical strength and conditioning coach, helping military members, first responders and veterans improve their health and performance.

Jocelyn Williams

Co-owner

Jocelyn joined the Tampa Bay Brigade midway through the 2023 season and played her first full season in 2024 as a strength specialist.

Before finding Grid, she spent 12 years as a competitive swimmer, including at the Division I collegiate level. She now competes in Olympic weightlifting and placed third in the 77kg weight class at the Florida State Championships.

Jocelyn works as a bone marrow transplant and cellular immunotherapy physician assistant in Tampa. Her career in oncology inspired her to start Grace Strength Co., a small business teaching strength training to women affected by cancer. After four seasons as a player, she is stepping into a new role as a co-owner. She hopes to help build a team centered around strong relationships and high standards.
