28 years young and ready to tear up the league this year. Got into CrossFit almost 3 years ago and fell in love with it, after getting out of flag football tournaments I was lost without that competitive atmosphere and jumped at the opportunity to play Grid! I look to bring my sense of humor and tenacious competitive nature to the Brigade as we set our sights on the league championship!
