I’ve been competitive exercising since 2009 and coached for 7 years. I’ve been to CF Regionals 5x as an individual, twice on a team and went to the Games on team in 2016. I was on the amateur Grid league, Orlando Outlaws, in 2015. As an athlete I am pretty well-rounded, I can lift weight but I also have all the basic gymnastic skills (none of that crazy backflip muscle-up stuff though). I definitely bring experience to the team and I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together.
