The Level 3 CrossFit test is the one of the most difficult professional exams in the world. At the time I earned this credential, it was only shared by 4 others in Palm Beach County, 32 in the state of Florida. Those who achieve this designation distinguish themselves as some of the most passionate and knowledgeable professionals in the fitness industry.
I feel honored to be able to share this distinction with some of the most respected trainers within the CrossFit community, including those who work with CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. CrossFit has been a passion of mine since 2012. I’m privileged to be able to work exclusively as a CrossFit trainer, day in and day out, programming and teaching group classes and personal training sessions helping individuals to reach their goals.
In the years I’ve been coaching I’ve had the privilege of training people of all different backgrounds, ages and fitness levels. From beginners to high-level competitive CrossFit athletes, from children to the elderly, I have helped hundreds to see that CrossFit is for anyone and everyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives.
