Darren DeRochemont will be the Strength Specialist for The Tampa Bay Brigade in the Inaugural season of The Florida Grid League. He is based in Tampa, FL and is out of CrossFit 813 where he trains and Coaches. His background in college football and years of Olympic lifting has made him a great fit for the Brigade. Boasting a 460lb Front Squat and a 600+ DeadLift he seems primed to take on some big weight when called upon this season. Darren loves heavy weights so much he started a company for it called NOEQL Apparel. Where their mantra is, “Put It On.
