Grace has grown up playing competitive sports like gymnastics, track, soccer and lacrosse. After high school there wasn’t anything to keep that competitive drive going until she found CrossFit. About 5 years ago she began training, competing and coaching because she loved to see how far she could push herself and others. When Grace found Grid she realized by being a smaller athlete her bodyweight abilities could really be utilized. She has raced at the 2015 combine and at the Grid 6 and hopes to continue racing to a W with the Palm Beach Elite this season.
