My name is Guadalupe Machado, I’m 21 years old, I’m from Argentina.

I started CrossFit 4 years ago, I started because I was very chubby, I managed to lose 20kg in total. I always played sports, but I ate badly but I always competed in everything I did, I am very competitive.

I always compete in teams, I enjoy it a lot more, although I have also competed individually, but I like teams more.

I consider myself a good complement within a team and I feel that I can contribute a lot, I always led, but I never stop hearing the opinion of others
