Crossfit has motivated me in so many ways. It has been less than 1 1/2yrs since I have begun this journey and to now be a part of an amazing FGL team exceeds my expectations.
Moving heavy weights, gymnastics and agility are just a few of the things that attracted me to the sport. Overcoming various physical challenges is amazing, but it’s when I mentally and physically collapse that the sport brings out the best in me. That’s where my growth as an individual takes place!
The greatest gift the sport has given me is to be an even better role model to my ten year-old daughter. To know that she looks up to me as her “Wonder Woman” is inexplicable. She too has developed a passion for the sport and always looks forward to our next events.
