Hi my name is Joey. I’ve been doing functional fitness for over 6 years now and I’m a coach my own CF box for 5 years. Before living this dream job, I’ve been a teacher with a degree in Pedagogy and ICT in Education. I won’t say that I miss it, but teaching and coaching CF for me is almost the same. At the end of the day, I go to bed happy. I am continuously trying to broaden my knowledge about health and fitness to ensure my clients getting the best what they paid for. I am constantly looking for new challenges, and for 2021 this will be FL Grid League.
