Tampa Native and cat lover! Started Martial arts when I was 16 and continued until I was about 26, earning my 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo. Ventured into Crossfit to try something new and fell in love! I have been doing Crossfit since 2010 and have been competitive now for about 5 years.
