Kristen is from Durham, North Carolina and has been doing CrossFit for 8 years. She moved to Florida 3 years ago when she was hired on as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer for the Orlando Magic NBA team. Kristen equally loves throwing around a heavy barbell as much as performing bodyweight movements like hspu, pistols, and ttb. She’s always admired Grid athletes for their combination of speed, skill, and strength, and is incredibly excited to take on her Rookie season with the Venom.
Regular season matches Kristen Crenshaw has raced in the United Grid League, by season and team, with season and career totals.
