Growing up I was a competitive gymnast for 13 years. I found Crossfit after finishing college and immediately fell in love. I thrive on competition, hard work and pushing my body to its limits. Finding weaknesses to improve on is one of my favorite parts of the sport. You can always get better. Recently I began competitive Olympic Weightlifting which has proven to be my biggest passion yet, partly because I have to work the hardest for it. I am so excited to work as a team with such amazing athletes.
