I’ve grown up with a background in various sports including soccer, tennis, with the longest lasting being competitive cheerleading. I studied at the University of Central Florida where I got my Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science and have utilized my degree in both a physical therapy and concussion rehab setting.
It wasn’t until college that my friend convinced me to try out CrossFit and I’ve been doing it for roughly 8 years. One of the crossfit gyms I was training at I was lucky enough to meet Taylar Stallings as the director of programming where she told me to check out videos of the NPGL on youtube. Shortly after she told me I was on a team for the FGL and I’ve been a part of the Orland Aces ever since.
This will be 6th season with the Orlando Aces!
