I have always carried a passion for health and wellness and directing that passion towards helping others reach their goals in their mind, body, and spirit.
I have been teaching health and physical education since 2017. In addition to teaching, I have coached strength and conditioning for the Pahokee High Schools football team, and Im currently an active Boot Camp, CrossFit level 1 instructor, and CrossFit kids instructor.
I am also a competitive CrossFit athlete. I’ve competed and made top podium finishes in several competitions. I’m a player for the Florida Grid League, and was selected MVP for the South Beach Palms for the 2022 season.
