I began Crossfitting 3 years ago in a small town called Ashland, VA. I moved to St. Pete, FL a year ago and found my now home gym, Burg CrossFit, shortly after where I also work as one of the in-house massage therapists. I have experienced a number of CrossFit competitions but am brand new to the grid league. I’m excited to see what it’s all about!
