About Nicole Arcamonte

My entire life, I have had a passion for sports. I have been a competitive gymnast for 14 years. I was introduced to CrossFit in 2015 and immediately found my competitive edge. Addicted to the adrenaline of competition I then found GRID6, I competed at GRID 6 Fort Meyers on team Just CrossFit and took home the Division A champ title. My hobbies are eating all the things, reading, and hanging out at South Florida CrossFit where I train daily. Firefighter for Orange County fire rescue. Paramedic student. Living in Orlando. Fitness for fun these days 😂
