About Victoria Ashley

Former NJCAA and NCAA DII volleyball Captain and MVP. Grew up competitively swimming from age 6-12 and followed up with sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball. Began CrossFit in December of 2013 and have made podium and top 10 finishes at events such as Wodapalooza, Crush Games, Bacon Beat down, Fenrir’s Mayhem, Freakin’ CrossFit Throwdown.

Love competing as an individual and team. Currently am full time Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse and coach at CrossFit Lighthouse Point/ CrossFit Lift District. Living to glorify the Lord and inspire people through the fruit of my good works.
